DeCosta. group feedback

After looking at my rough draft, the first thing that my group says I need to fix is my design. It is very bland right now, so I need to find some design elements and colors for my pages. Also, navigation is hard because there aren't enough links from page to page, so I need to add those as well. They also said that some of my pages are too long-winded and full of reading, which bores the reader. So I need to water down some pages to keep my reader engaged. Also, I do not have enough sources and statistics, which makes my writing seem less credible, so I need to find other writing that supports my claims and use that instead.
