Outline

Scene One

Mid October 2006. San Francisco, California. The camera moves over a wall and peers over the shoulders of two guards. In the far distance, two to four ships are able to be spotted, heading towards them.

One of the GUARDS inquires as to what the ships are. The OTHER GUARD shrugs in his lack of knowledge. They continue to peer, waiting as the ships get closer.

The camera now peers closer to the ships through the two guards. As the camera zooms out, the ships move closer and as they are becoming more and more clear, it is discerned that they have a shroud of smoke about them.
The questioning GUARD asks again whether the other can hear something. Before the OTHER GUARD can answer no, he hears the faint noise as well.

The faint noise is the sound of the Shins' song "Turn a Square" and is seemingly emitting from the ships. As they grow closer, the sound gets louder and louder.

"What is that?" the GUARD asks. "Sounds like music" the OTHER GUARD responds. "Go check to see if any ships are supposed to come in today," the GUARD asks.

Just before the OTHER GUARD turns to leave, the GUARD grabs his arm and stops him.
"Wait," the GUARD says, "Do you smell that?"

The OTHER GUARD peers around, apparently smelling.
"It smells like… Weed" the OTHER GUARD responds, surprised. "Go find out if any ships are supposed to come in. Quickly!" The GUARD demands.

As the scene closes, it shows the single GUARD watching over the rampart as the ships grow closer and the sound is louder.
Scene Two

San Francisco, California. Late day. The scene is that of a dock/beach. The ships are unloading. Countless hip dressed people unload bags and containers from the ships. Some are unloading guitar cases, others amps, and others simply large equipment.

Two of the people are discussing matters regarding the weight of what they are holding and how much more they have to unload. CYRUS comes up from behind them and points over them and asks, "Hey what is that?"

SHELDON comes up to the group as well and is staring at the building in the distance. There are slight murmurs when suddenly a cute girl dressed hiply as well comes up to the group.

"Hey what is that?" ELLA says. CYRUS, a bit shocked, mumbles something incoherent back. SHELDON noticing an opportunity to get alone time with ELLA says, "I don't know, wanna go check it out?" CYRUS looks jealous, but ELLA responds, "Oh I can't, I have to finish unloading the lights, take CYRUS with you."

Scene Three

Both looking a bit upset, CYRUS and SHELDON move up a hill towards the unrecognized building. As they approach, they are heard murmuring something about the Strokes. They head up the hill some more, about twenty yards short of the bottom of the building and look up to see the GUARD and OTHER GUARD looking down on them.

The guards look down on them, and they look back up, and SHELDON finally ask, "Hey what is this?" The guards look at each other strangely and the GUARD says, "Who are you? What are you doing here?"

CYRUS and SHELDON also exchange looks of confusion with each other.
"My name is CYRUS, and this is SHELDON"

Flash back to the guards.

"There are no reports of any ships coming in today," the OTHER GUARD says. The GUARD curses and asks why they are here under his breath.

The two guards look even more confused and are seen looking around without any knowledge of how to handle the situation

"So what exactly is this?" CYRUS yells up, eyes squinting in the sun.

More hippies begin to gather around CYRUS and SHELDON and the guards are looking more and more nervous.

More people shout up questioning what the mysterious building is. The GUARD finally shouts down, "What are all of you doing here? This is government property and we are going to ask you to leave."

The people begin looking at each other in bewilderment and murmuring even more.

"Hey man, this is public property!" one HIPPY yells up. "Yeah, we're just here for the music" another HIPPY screams.

The guards' nervousness is easily seen as they look back and forth between each other.

"What are they doing here?" the GUARD asks the OTHER GUARD. "I don't know, but it's just you me  and the guy from Oklahoma today. Everyone else is off because it's Friday briefing*." the OTHER GUARD responds.

The HIPPIES begin moving forward towards the fortified building, shouting complaints and wanting answers.
"Please stand back. We are going to have to ask you to leave and pack your boats and leave… Send back to the mainland that we have an issue and need them to return immediately." the GUARD finishes silently to the OTHER GUARD.

The HIPPIES stop but are even more angry and bewildered. The noise and crowd increases.

"Hey man we came here and paid good money to see music so we ain't leaving" a random HIPPY shouts. "YEAH" many respond.

The scene is beginning to resemble the scene much like it in Monty Python and the Holy Grail more and more. The guards' nervousness is now at a peak as they do not understand the situation at all.

"We are asking you all to leave kindly before we need to use action." the OTHER GUARD says. "Not a good idea." the GUARD responds.

The uproar is paramount now until finally SHELDON looks to his left and sees that ELLA has joined the crowd. Looking to the ground and thinking, he comes up with an idea and steps forward.

"Who exactly are you? I see no form of identification or any right to be here either." SHELDON speaks.

The crowd quiets at SHELDON's rational and well thought out statement. SHELDON seems pleased with himself, and noticing that ELLA is also pleased with SHELDON's actions, CYRUS steps forward as well.

"Yeah, who the hell are you to tell us what or what not to do?" CYRUS shouts up. The crowd rises again in uproar and CYRUS gives a quick glance towards ELLA and smiles.

The GUARD's response is barely audible until SHELDON quiets the crowd.
"We are from the Department of Homeland Security and we are asking you to leave as a matter of homeland security." the GUARD responds a second time.

Now it is essentially just dialogue back and forth with the crowd anticipating a possible uproar with every word.

"The DHS? For what?" someone yells. "This is bullshit" CYRUS yells trying to incite another uproar. Before it can start, SHELDON quiets it and asks, "Wait, does this have something to do with the Bay Bridge blowup last year? Everyone knows that was just
