Racism in the Workplace

This project will focus on the struggles and unfair treatment Latino immigrants often face in the United States' workforce. The American Dream they came in search for proves almost impossible as they encounter manipulation, exploitation, and dangerous conditions.

I will view the issue from the point of view of the Latino immigrants, their families, the companies that hire them, consumers who encounter them in everyday society, and average Americans (along with their stereotypes, views, and opinions).
